Avocado tastes creamy and buttery, so I did not add any fatty salad dressing like mayonnaise in this salad. Lemon juice with salt and pepper gives a unique flavor and taste to this salad.

2. I used sweet yellow onion in this salad, you can also add red onion to get mild taste and color.

Ingredients
  • 1 no AVOCADO
  • 2 no EGG
  • 2 tbsp ONION CHOPPED
  • 0.25 cup ROMA TOMATO
  • 1 tsp LEMON JUICE
  • 0.25 tsp SALT TABLE
  • 0.25 tsp PEPPER BLACK
Instructions
  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan with enough water to cover the eggs and bring it to a vigorous boil.

  2. Remove the pan from heat and cover it with a lid. Let eggs sit in a hot water for 12 minutes. Discard the hot water and rinse the eggs with cold water. Crack open the eggs and chop them finely.

  3. Dice the Avocados. Chop the onion and tomato finely. Combine chopped eggs, diced avocados, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder (add lemon juice, pepper, and salt according to your taste). Serve.
