BERRY SMOOTHIE – HEALTHY FRUIT SMOOTHIES

Berry smoothie is a healthy fruit smoothie recipe with mixed berries and yogurt. It is a healthy, energetic and refreshing smoothie that tastes tart and sweet.

Fruit smoothies are sweet, healthy, flavorful and delicious. You can make a variety of fruit smoothies using the different combination of fruits. You can add milk or yogurt to the fruit smoothies that adds an additional taste and nutritious value to the smoothies. Also, dairy products make us feel fuller for a long time. Berry smoothie is an easy and simple smoothie recipe with just a few ingredients. Berries and yogurt together make a healthy, filling and refreshing smoothie. Yogurt provides a good amount of protein and berries are an excellent source of Vitamin C and antioxidants. So this smoothie is an excellent breakfast option for everyone. My little son Aldrich loves this smoothie, so I make this berry smoothie at least twice in a week for his breakfast or snack. Smart Cooking Tips:

1. You can use frozen berries instead of fresh berries. Frozen berries help to make a thick and creamy smoothie.

If you are using frozen berries avoid adding ice cubes to the smoothie.

2. Adding honey is optional. You can add sugar instead of honey.

Ingredients
  • 6 no STRAWBERRIES
  • 0.50 cup RASPBERRIES
  • 0.50 cup BLUEBERRIES
  • 1 cup YOGURT
  • 2 tbsp HONEY
  • 0.50 cup ICE CUBES
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and serve.
