  • 2 no EGGS
  • 1 no WHEAT BREAD
  • 2 tbsp ONION CHOPPED
  • 1 tsp OIL
  • 0.50 tsp SALT TABLE
  • 0.25 tsp PEPPER BLACK
  1. Chop the onion, tomato, spinach, bell pepper finely. Slice a bread into the half. 

  2. In a bowl crack open and add eggs, chopped vegetables, salt, pepper powder and beat well.

  3. Heat a wide skillet pour the egg mixture and shake the pan slightly to spread the egg mixture evenly, drizzle oil on the sides and place the bread slices. Gently press the bread slice, so that it will stick to the egg.

  4. Cook in a medium flame until the bottom side of an omelette gets cooked thoroughly or until the color changes into golden brown.

  5. Flip the omelette carefully using a wide spatula by slightly holding the bread slices and cook until the other side of an omelette gets cooked thoroughly and the bread color changes into golden brown.","Again flip the omelette carefully, fold and serve.
