BROCCOLI PANEER PARATHA

Broccoli paneer paratha is loaded with broccoli and paneer together make yummy parathas. Kids would love this paneer flavored paratha.

Loaded with Nutrients for Kids

This stuffed paratha is loaded with flavors and nutrients. The best way to include broccoli in their diet.

The combination of paneer and broccoli gives a unique taste. Many kids love the taste of cheese so it makes it easy for introducing to children.

Think of it as stuffed pizza with good stuff.

Delicious Breakfast or evening snacks

When you make these parathas, make sure you are using butter or oil to roast. This would give a crunchy layer on both sides.

Kids would love it.

Broccoli paneer paratha is loaded with broccoli and paneer together makes yummy parathas. Kids would love this cheese flavored paratha.

Ingredients
  • 3 cup BROCCOLI
  • 1 cup ONION CHOPPED
  • 3 tbsp CANOLA OIL
  • 1 tsp RED CHILI POWDER
  • 2 cup WHEAT FLOUR
  • 1 tsp SALT TABLE
  • 0.50 cup PANEER
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the broccoli finely. You can also chop using the food processor.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and cook until the onion becomes soft. Add the chopped broccoli, salt, red chili powder and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the grated paneer and turn off the heat. Allow to cool.

  3. In the meantime, you could start preparing for the parathas. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix well.

  4. Add the enough amount of water and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into small portions and roll it into flat circles.

  5. Place the broccoli mixture in center and seal the edges. Roll it again gently into the flat circle.

  6. In a hot skillet place the parathas one by one and cook on both the sides until the color changes into golden brown.

How to serve this Paratha

Serve this paratha as it is. You can try to make it in some creative shapes, so it would be attractive for kids to eat as it is.
