- 1 cup DOSA BATTER
- 4 tbsp MOZZARELLA CHEESE (SHREDDED)
- 2 tbsp ONION CHOPPED
- 2 tbsp TOMATO CHOPPED
- 2 tbsp CAPSICUM
In a hot skillet pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in a circular motion. Drizzle oil on the sides and cook until the bottom side of the dosa turns crispy.
Spread grated cheese, chopped onion, capsicum, chopped tomato on top of the dosa and cook until the cheese starts melting. Fold and serve
