- 1 cup WHEAT FLOUR WHOLE-GRAIN
- 5 tbsp COCOA MIX PDR
- 0.75 cup SUGARS GRANULATED
- 0.50 cup CANOLA OIL
- 1 tbsp FLAXSEED
- 3 tbsp WATER
- 0.50 tsp BAKING SODA
- 0.50 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
- 0.50 tsp SALT TABLE
- 0.50 cup SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

For preparing the flax egg: In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp of flax seed powder with 3 tbsp of water and set aside for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes sticky.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line the baking tray with parchment paper. Sift wheat flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa powder together.

Whisk oil, sugar, vanilla extract and flax egg together until smooth, add the flour mixture, chocolate chips and mix until all the ingredients combined.

Roll into small balls and place on the parchment paper. Flatten gently with your palm and bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 9 - 10 minutes.
