- 0.25 cup SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 2 no WHITE BREAD
- 1 tsp UNSALTED BUTTER
- 2 gms CASHEW NUTS CHOPPED
- 2 gms PECANS CHOPPED
- 2 gms PISTACHIOS CHOPPED
Grease the butter in a skillet and place a slice of bread. Spread chocolate chips and chopped nuts evenly on a bread slice.
Cover and cook over a medium heat until the chocolate chips become soft and shiny and the bottom side of a bread color changes into golden brown.
Place another slice of a bread on top of the chocolate chips and flip gently using a spatula.
Again cover and cook until the chocolate chips melt down completely and the bottom side of a bread color changes into golden brown. Transfer it to a serving plate and serve warm.
