Ingredients
  • 3 no BANANAS
  • 1.50 cup ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 0.75 cup HONEY
  • 5 tbsp BUTTER WITHOUT SALT
  • 1 no EGGS
  • 8 gms PECANS
  • 1 tsp BAKING SODA
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line the muffin pan with paper liners.

  2. Beat an egg separately. In a bowl sift all-purpose flour and baking soda together. 

  3. Add mashed banana, honey, melted butter, beaten egg and mix well without any lumps.

  4. Fill each muffin cup until three-quarters full and top it with roasted pecans. Bake it for 25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean.

  5. Transfer it to a wire rack and allow it to cool completely and serve.

How to serve Banana Muffins?
