I used low sodium chicken stock in this recipe. The salty taste in the broth and soy sauce is just perfect for my taste bud so I didn’t add salt to the soup.

- 4 cups Chicken Broth or Veg Broth
- 2 no Large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Grated
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Powder or to taste
Whisk the eggs until pale.
In a saucepan, add chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and bring to a boil.
Add the beaten eggs, stir vigorously in one direction and turn off the heat. Garnish with the chopped green onions, add pepper to taste and serve.
