SPICY EGG KEEMA (EGG RECIPE 30 MINS)

January 11, 2017 by Antonet Roajer

SPICY EGG KEEMA

Egg Keema is a spicy and delicious Indian egg recipe made in 30 mins. Kheema is a quick and protein-packed side for Rice, Chapatti, Paratha or Dosa.

Easy Indian Side Dish for paratha or chapati:

Making Indian sides for paratha is a time-consuming task for dinner. For a change try this egg keema instead of your regular sabzi, dal, and curries. It tastes spicy and flavorful with tomato, onion, and spices, so it is an excellent side for parathas.

Smart Tips:

1. Chop the boiled eggs finely for this recipe, so the flavor infuses in the boiled egg.

2. Hold on adding too much water in masala this dish should be thick in consistency.

3. Make sure to cook tomatoes until it becomes soft, and the oil starts separate to the top.

4. Check for the salt once the masala is done.

5. Mix chopped boiled eggs gently, to avoid egg yolk getting mashed up with the masala.

Kids Friendly Boiled Egg Recipe:

If your child likes to eat eggs, then you are in luck because I have heard many kids does not like eggs. Especially, boiled egg is good, as it is a quick and healthy protein source. My kid does not prefer eating eggs, so I always have to come up with ideas to include egg in his diet.

This is one such dish, I stuff egg kheema in between parathas or roll it in a paratha and make it easy for him to eat.
