- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 0.50 cup Sour Yogurt (Curd)
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
- 0.50 cup Water (for making batter)
- 0.50 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coconut pieces (optional)
- 0.50 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 0.50 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 no Green Chili
- 1 cup Oil (for frying goli bajji)
- 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour (maida), rice flour, yogurt, chopped onion, green chilies, baking soda, salt, cumin seeds, chopped cilantro, grated ginger and mix well.

Add water little by little and make a smooth batter without any lumps.
