I used Indian spices like garam masala and black pepper to season the chicken; you could also use own favorite seasonings and adjust adding spices according to your taste.
In this recipe, I chopped the chicken into small pieces and sautéed it on the stovetop using a pan. If you wish you can also roast, grill or bake the chicken.

- 0.75 cup CHICKEN BROILERS OR FRYERS MEAT ONLY RAW
- 4 no WHITE BREAD
- 0.25 cup ONIONS RAW
- 2 no GREEN CHILIES
- 0.5 cup CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 0.25 tsp SALT TABLE
- 0.25 tsp PEPPER BLACK
- 1 tsp OIL
- 0.5 tsp GARAM MASALA
- 2 tbsp CILANTRO (CORIANDER)LEAVES RAW

Chop the chicken into small bite sized pieces.

In a pan, heat oil, add the chopped chicken pieces, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and cook until the chicken gets cooked thoroughly.

In a medium bowl add grated cheese, chopped onion, green chilies, cooked chicken pieces, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Grease the skillet with butter and place a bread slice. Toast slightly on one side, flip and spread cheese mixture on toasted side
