Ingredients
  • 2 no Hard Boiled Eggs Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 0.50 tsp Yellow Mustard Sauce
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Green Onions Chopped
  • 0.25 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 no Bread Slices
  • 2 tsp Butter
Instructions
  1. For Egg Salad: In a bowl, combine finely chopped boiled eggs, mayonnaise, yellow mustard sauce, red chili sauce, green onions, salt, and black pepper powder together.

  2. Apply butter on the bread slices, arrange the sandwich and grill until the bread turns crispy. Boiled egg salad sandwich is ready to serve.
