1. I soaked oats for 5 minutes in a cold water this helps to grind it into a smooth paste. You can even powder it without soaking.
2. Make a smooth batter without any lumps. The batter should be in a right consistency, it should not be too thick or thin.
3. You can also add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion and green chilies in the batter.
4. Rice flour gives an excellent crispy texture to the dosa, so make sure to add it.

- 1 cup OATS
- 1/2 cup RICE FLOUR WHITE
- 1/2 cup WHEAT FLOUR
- 1/2 tsp SALT

Soak oats in water for 5 minutes and grind it to a smooth puree.

In a medium bowl add oats puree, wheat flour, rice flour, and salt. Add water little by little, mix well and make a smooth batter without any lumps.

In a hot skillet or griddle pour a spoonful of batter and spread it into a thin circle.
