How to serve?

- 1 cup RICE FLOUR WHITE
- 0.50 cup ROASTED GRAM
- 0.50 tsp SALT TABLE
- 1 tbsp OIL
- 0.50 tsp RED CHILI POWDER
- 0.50 tsp CUMIN SEED
- 1 cup OIL (for frying)

Powder the roasted grams separately into a fine powder and sieve it.

In a bowl add rice flour, roasted grams powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt and mix well.

Lightly warm a tbsp of oil and mix well. Add water slowly and make a smooth dough. If it is too hard it will be difficult to press.

Fill the batter in murukku maker and squeeze it on hot oil carefully (avoid crowding it in hot oil while frying). Deep fry it in hot oil until the murukku turns into crispy.
