  2. I used corn tortilla in this recipe, but you could use any varieties like whole wheat, flour, and
    multigrain tortillas.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Jif® Creamy Natural Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1 tbsp Smucker’s® Natural Red Raspberry Fruit Spread
  • 0.50 tbsp Butter
  • 2 no Corn or flour Tortillas
Instructions
  1. Spread peanut butter on the tortilla and fruit spread on the other tortilla. Arrange the tortillas, fruit spread side down facing the peanut butter just like a sandwich.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and place the quesadilla. Cover and cook on both the sides, each side for 3 minutes approximately until crispy. Cut quesadilla into half or quarters and serve.

Serve peanut butter jelly quesadillas as a breakfast or lunch or after school snack.
