I used ripe sweet mango and pineapple in this smoothie, so I didn’t add any sweetener or sugar.

Ingredients

• 1 cup FRESH PINEAPPLE CHOPPED
• 1 cup ALPHONSO MANGO
• 0.50 cup ORANGE JUICE

Instructions

1. Chop the pineapple into small chunks. Peel, deseed and chop the mango flesh roughly. Blend Pineapple chunks, Mango flesh, and Orange juice together until smooth and serve.
