PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE WITH CARROTS

Pineapple carrot smoothie is a simple and healthy smoothie recipe. It is an excellent refreshing drink with fresh pineapple and carrot.

Healthy Pineapple Smoothie:

Pineapple smoothie is a healthy and refreshing drink. This smoothie is a low-calorie and vegan smoothie recipe with fresh fruits and carrot. Pineapple, carrot, and orange juice together make a refreshing drink that tastes sweet and tart. This smoothie is an excellent recipe for the picky eaters, kids would love this beautiful orange color drink. My son Aldrich loves to eat fruits but he avoids many of the vegetables. As a mom, I try various ideas to include veggies in his diet. I make vegetable purees and mix with the flour and bake breakfast muffins or cookies like spinach banana muffins and carrot oatmeal cookies. Mix the vegetables with rice for different rice varieties like carrot rice, beetroot rice, and spinach rice. Stuffed in between the parathas for the stuffed parathas like broccoli cheese paratha. Smoothies are the delicious way to include vegetables and fruits in kids diet. Smart Cooking Tips:

  1. You can use frozen pineapple chunks instead of fresh pineapple.

Ingredients
  • 150 gms PINEAPPLE
  • 60 gms CARROTS
  • 1 cup ORANGE JUICE
  • 4 no ICE CUBES
  • 1 tbsp SUGAR
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and serve.
