- 4 Cups Yellow Pumpkin Chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 0.50 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger Grated
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 0.50 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder

Clean and chop the pumpkin into small cubes.

In a pan, heat oil, add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, grated ginger and saute until the ginger loses its raw smell.

Add chopped pumpkin, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix well. Add little amount of water and mix well until the spices coat the pumpkin evenly.

Cover and cook until the pumpkin becomes soft. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
