Cabbage is a low-calorie vegetable and makes you feel fuller for a long time. Cabbage and Eggs together makes an excellent combination. If your kids do not include cabbage in their diet, try this recipe I am sure they will love it.

2. You can also add green chilies in this recipe.
3. Cabbage tends to burn faster, so keep stirring in between.

- 2 cup CABBAGE RAW
- 0.50 tsp CUMIN SEED
- 2 no EGG WHL RAW
- 2 tsp CHILI POWDER
- 0.50 no ONIONS RAW
- 3 tbsp OIL
- 0.25 tsp TURMERIC GROUND
- 0.75 tsp SALT TABLE

Chop the cabbage and onion finely. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion, curry leaves and cook until the onion becomes soft.

Add the chopped cabbage, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook until the cabbage becomes slightly soft and dry without any moisture content. Keep stirring in between to avoid burning.

Reduce the flame to medium, add the eggs and mix well. Cook until the eggs get cooked completely
How to serve Cabbage Egg Bhurji?
Serve cabbage bhurji with chapati, roti, and rice. Sometimes, I also mix this with white rice and pack in a lunch box for my son.
