Kale apple smoothie is the first green smoothie I tried it for breakfast. A question was running in the back of my mind whether it would taste good or not. After making I should at least be able to finish it without wasting it.
I didn’t sip it first, I asked my husband to taste it and his face reaction was ok. So after him, I tasted it. Wow!! I liked it a lot. A smoothie with so much of nutritious tastes sweet without sugar and creamy without milk or yogurt. Thoroughly enjoyed it for breakfast, and I am going to make it for my breakfast for at least twice a week.

- 0.50 cup ORANGE JUICE
- 1 cup KALE LEAVES

Peel, core and chop the apple roughly. Blend Orange juice and Kale together until smooth. Add the chopped apple pieces, blend until smooth and serve.
