- 4 no Arbi/Arvi/Taro Root
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 0.50 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 2 tbsp Oil

Pressure cook arbi for 2 whistles or boil in a saucepan for 20 to 30 min until tender.

Peel and cut them into small chunks. Add red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, rice flour and mix gently.

In a frying pan, heat oil and add the arbi pieces. Cover and cook over a low to medium flame until the color changes to golden brown on all the sides.
