SPICY CAULIFLOWER EGG MASALA

January 18, 2017 by Antonet Roajer

cauliflower egg masala

Spicy cauliflower egg masala is a spicy and simple side dish. It goes very well with rice and chapati.

Kid’s Lunchbox Recipe

My son doesn’t like to eat cauliflower, I tried making different cauliflower recipes like sauce, fritters, soup, etc.

Nothing works best, so I tried adding eggs with cauliflower. Yeah, he loved it and finally, he started including cauliflower in his diet. Sometimes, I just wrap this masala in chapati like a roll for his lunch box.

It becomes a convenient dish for me, whenever I feel lazy to cook or in a hurry, I just make this masala and simply serve with chapati.

How to Serve this cauliflower egg masala?

You can serve it with chapati or even Dosa. If you make it spicy, you can mix it with rice and have it as well.

Sometimes I eat it as it is too.
