Recipes Using Hard Boiled Eggs:

Hard-boiled eggs are great for the Keto, Paleo and Low-carb diet. They are a good source of protein, low in calorie and loaded with goodness at a reasonable cost. I love them to eat at any time of the day as a healthy snack, breakfast or lunch. However, I hate the peeling part and here I found the Great Day Farms Peeled & Ready to Eat Hard Boiled eggs at Walmart in Deli section.

Don’t forget to check out the sweet offer on earning cash back with Ibotta!! Earn $.25 off on the 2-packs and $.50 off on the 6-packs when you buy them at Walmart.

What a time saver!! No boiling or peeling the eggs are required. The perfectly cooked yolks are perfect for the recipes using hard boiled eggs like avocado deviled eggs, egg curry, egg fritters, egg keema, and egg pepper fry.

I just purchased 6 packs hard boiled eggs from Walmart and prepared these spicy egg roast in just 5 to 10 minutes without much effort for an evening snack and enjoyed it with a cup of ginger tea. Who doesn’t love to eat a hot and spicy snack on the cold and snowy evening?! In South India, it is also known as Egg Tawa Fry (Pan Roasted Eggs).

Smart Cooking Tips:

  1. You could add any of your favorite spices like garam masala and black pepper powder.
  2. Make sure to cook the spices over low heat to avoid burning it.
