Health Benefits of Goat Cheese:

Goat cheese is low in calories, fat, sodium and cholesterol. It contains a good amount of protein, calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin D.

I tried this Montchevre goat cheese jalapeno flavor for stuffing. Montchevre Goat Cheese is made with fresh, high-quality goat’s milk collected from local, independent family farms. It tastes so flavorful, and smooth perfect for the stuffing and dips. Montchevre is high in protein, calcium, and vitamin D contains less lactose and is rich in nutrients and vitamins. All of these factors and its wonderful taste make it the perfect addition to your healthy lifestyle.

Smart Cooking Tips:

  1. Adding cream cheese is optional.
  2. Bring the goat cheese to the room temperature. It helps to soften the goat cheese and easy to mix to with spinach.

  3. You could bake the chicken in the oven instead of cooking in the pan.
