STRAWBERRY ORANGE BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

As we all know strawberries are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Yogurt with calcium and protein. Orange Juice with vitamin C. All these ingredients together, makes this smoothie perfect for breakfast. It is also a great refreshing drink. To make it more nutritious, you could also add flax seeds or chia seeds. In this recipe, I used fresh large strawberries, but you can also use frozen strawberries.

It only takes 5 minutes to make this recipe, so you really don’t have to miss the breakfast next time. This smoothie also works great for kids, as this is so delicious and nutritious.

If you are on diet, you can take this smoothie as a snack too.

Strawberry orange smoothie is a blend of fresh strawberries with orange juice and yogurt. It is an easy and simple breakfast smoothie, which can be made in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 6 no STRAWBERRIES
  • 0.50 cup YOGURT
  • 0.50 cup ORANGE JUICE
  • 1 tbsp SUGAR
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and serve.
