- 200 gms Hakka Noodles
- 2 cups Cabbage Shredded
- 1 cup Capsicum Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Carrot Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Green Beans Chopped
- 0.50 cup Onion Chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Green Onion Chopped
Cook noodles separately according to the package directions.
In a pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic and saute in the oil until the nice aroma comes out.
Add chopped onion and cook until the onion becomes soft.
Add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green beans and cook until the veggies become tender.
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, cooked noodles and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Garnish with the chopped green onion and serve.
