Cauliflower Rice is a healthy and low-carb dinner recipe. It is a simple and quick paleo recipe to make in 15 minutes with only a few ingredients.
Wash and grate the cauliflower florets using a food processor or cheese grater.
In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, chopped onion, green chilies, curry leaves and cook until onion becomes soft.
Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Cook until ginger garlic paste loses its raw smell.
Add grated cauliflower florets, salt and mix well. Cook for 5 - 6 minutes on medium heat or until it becomes soft (keep stirring in between to avoid burning the cauliflower florets). Season with pepper and serve.
