The fish finger is an easy party food. One of the best finger food, fish is seasoned with Indian spices, battered and coated with bread crumbs and fried.
Slice the tilapia fillet into thin and bite-sized slices.
In a bowl marinate the sliced tilapia fillets with coriander powder, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Add besan flour to the marinated tilapia fillets, sprinkle little amount of water and mix well. Make sure the besan flour coated evenly on the fish.
Spread bread crumbs on a wide plate and roll the fish slices in bread crumbs. In a hot oil deep fry, the fillets on batches in a medium flame until it turns into crispy and the color changes into golden brown.
