Peanut chutney a quick breakfast side that goes well with idli, dosa or chappati. It is spicy, delicious and rich in protein to start your day healthy.
Grind roasted peanuts, tamarind, red chilies, salt, and garlic together. Add water little by little and grind it to a smooth consistency.
In a separate pan heat a tsp of oil, add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Add urad dal, asafoetida, curry leaves and cook until urad dal color changes into golden brown. Add it to the grounded peanut mixture and mix well.
