Vegan banana oatmeal muffins are an easy breakfast muffin with only a five ingredients. These muffins taste soft, sweet and moist.

Ingredients
  • 3 no Banana
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 0.50 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees and grease the muffin pan with oil.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips in a blender or food processor. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and top with chocolate chips if you are adding.

  3. Bake in a pre-heated 375 degrees oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean.

  4. Allow the muffins to cool completely and serve or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
