Vegan banana oatmeal muffins are an easy breakfast muffin with only a five ingredients. These muffins taste soft, sweet and moist.
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees and grease the muffin pan with oil.
Blend all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips in a blender or food processor. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and top with chocolate chips if you are adding.
Bake in a pre-heated 375 degrees oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool completely and serve or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
