  • 1 no APPLE
  • 0.50 cup ORANGE JUICE
  • 1 cup KALE LEAVES
Instructions
  1. Peel, core and chop the apple roughly. Blend Orange juice and Kale together until smooth. Add the chopped apple pieces, blend until smooth and serve.
