Shrimp Avocado and Mango Salad are a delicious seafood meal idea. It is fresh, healthy and colorful salad with a hint of lime and pepper making it more attractive.
In a pan heat, a tsp of oil add shrimp, salt, red chili powder and cook until shrimp gets cooked completely. Allow it to cool.
In a medium bowl add diced avocado, diced mango, cooked shrimp, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper powder and mix gently (Add salt and pepper according to your taste). Serve immediately or chill it in the refrigerator and serve.
