Instant microwave chocolate cake is simple and easy to make in 2 minutes without baking. A quick dessert for satisfying the sweet craving.

Ingredients
  • 0.25 cup ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 3 tbsp COCOA POWDER
  • 2 tbsp VEGETABLE OIL
  • 5 tbsp SUGARS GRANULATED
  • 0.25 tsp BAKING POWDER
  • 0.06 tsp SALT TABLE
  • 5 tbsp MILK
  • 0.25 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
Instructions
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder together. Add sugar and mix well.

  2. Add milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix well.

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes. Allow the chocolate cake to cool in a bowl itself for 5 minutes and serve with chocolate syrup or whipped cream
