Spinach paratha is an easy and healthy dinner recipe with spinach and wheat flour. It is an excellent way to include spinach in the diet.
Blanch spinach in hot water for a couple of minutes until the leaf gets shrunk and chop them finely. Chop the green chilies finely.
In a bowl, combine wheat flour, salt and mix well. Add chopped spinach, green chilies, cumin seeds and mix well.
Add water slowly and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into small portions, dust it with the flour and roll on the flat surface using a rolling pin into a thin circle shaped parathas.
In a hot skillet, place rolled paratha one at a time and cook on both the sides, until the brown spots appear. Spinach paratha is ready to be served.
