Ingredients
  • 0.75 cup WHEAT FLOUR
  • 1.50 cup MILK
  • 10 no DATES MEDJOOL
  • 0.50 cup VEGETABLE OIL
  • 0.50 cup SUGARS GRANULATED
  • 1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 0.25 cup WALNUTS CHOPPED
  • 1 tsp BAKING SODA
  • 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
  • 0.75 cup OATS
Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a medium size loaf pan with cooking oil or butter. 

  2. Powder the oats using a blender or mixer. Deseed the dates and blend with the milk, sugar and vanilla extract to a smooth puree.

  3. In a wide bowl add oats powder, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.

  4. Add dates puree, vegetable oil and mix well. Transfer the batter to a prepared loaf pan and bake it for 60 - 65 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center of a bread and comes out clean.

  5. Allow the bread to cool completely in a loaf pan itself. Once the bread cooled down, run a knife around the corners of a pan gently and flip the loaf pan upside down to take out the bread. Slice and serve.
