Spicy plantain fry is an easy and spicy side dish that goes well with rice varieties. It is easy and simple to make in just a few minutes.
Peel, cut the plantains roughly and slice them thinly as I shown in the picture.
In a saucepan, boil the sliced plantains with salt and turmeric until fork tender and immediately strain the water from plantains.
In a skillet, heat oil, add the boiled plantains, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix gently until the spices get coated evenly on the plantains.
Roast until the plantains become crispy and serve.
