Rajma Tikki is an easy and healthy snack recipe with red kidney beans and mashed potatoes. It also a delicious vegan patty for the burger.
Combine all the ingredients together, except oil and mix well. Divide them into small portions and shape them into patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry or shallow fry or tawa fry the patties with only a few drops of oil until the color changes and the outer side of the patties becomes crispy. Rajma tikki is ready to serve.
