Mango chia seed pudding is a sweet, creamy and healthy breakfast. You can also enjoy this pudding as a dessert or snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 no Alphonso Mango
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey (depends on the sweetness of the mangoes)
  • 0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pecans Chopped
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients together and set in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Add chopped pecans or any of your favorite toppings like toasted coconut and serve.

  2. For whole chia seed version, blend all the ingredients together except the chia seed. Whisk in the chia seeds in the mango coconut milk mixture and set in the refrigerator.
