  • 4 no Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse┬« Hearty White Bread
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Onion Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Light
  • 0.50 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  1. In a bowl combine cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, mayonnaise, salt, onion, pepper powder and mix well.

  2. Apply a generous amount of butter on each slice of the bread and spread veg mayo mixture evenly. 

  3. Place another slice of a bread on the veg mayo mixture and grill or toast on the stove top using a skillet until golden brown. Veg mayo sandwich is ready to serve.
