Potato capsicum fry is a spicy and flavorful side dish in just 30 minutes. Soft cooked potato with spices and the flavor from bell peppers makes a delicious side dish.
In a skillet, heat oil, add cumin seeds, add cubed potatoes and mix well. Roast the potatoes in the oil until the potatoes get slightly roasted (this step is to avoid the potatoes from getting mashed).
Add red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Add diced capsicum, little amount of water, cover and cook until the potatoes become soft.
Uncover the lid and cook until the potato and capsicum become dry. Add lemon juice and serve.
