Ingredients
  • 6 Tyson® Blackened Chicken Strips
  • 6 Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce
  • 3 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Chopped
Yogurt Cilantro Sauce (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup Full fat or Greek Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Green chili (optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 tsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic (small clove)
Instructions
  1. Heat the Tyson® Blackened Chicken Strips according to the package directions.

  2. Assemble chicken, diced avocado, chopped onion, tomato, and yogurt cilantro sauce on the lettuce. Serve Immediately.

  3. For Yogurt Cilantro Sauce: Blend yogurt, cilantro, salt, lemon/lime juice, green chili, and garlic together.
