Ragi dosa is a healthy and instant dosa recipe with ragi flour and wheat flour. This dosa is easy and simple to make in just a few mins.
Chop the onion, green chilies, and curry leaves finely.
In a bowl add ragi flour, wheat flour, salt, buttermilk, water, chopped onion, green chilies, curry leaves and mix well. Allow the batter to sit at room temperature for 20 mins.
Heat a skillet, pour a spoonful of batter and spread slightly to a thin circle. Drizzle oil on the sides and cook over a medium flame on both sides until the color changes to dark brown. Ragi dosa is ready to serve.
