Ingredients
  • 1 no BANANA
  • 2 no MEDJOOL DATES
  • 2 tbsp OATS
  • 1 cup MILK
Instructions
  1. Prepare Oatmeal Separately according to the package directions and allow it to cool completely.

  2. Blend oatmeal, banana, dates and milk together until smooth and serve immediately.
