Chicken seekh kebab (chicken kabobs) is easy to make at home without using a grill in 30 mins. It is a healthy dinner recipe using the chicken and spices.
Soak bamboo skewers in a cold water for half an hour.
In a bowl add the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, red chili powder, coriander powder, oil, garam masala, salt and mix well.
Mold the chicken mixture around bamboo skewers evenly and arrange the kebab evenly on baking tray and broil it for 20 minutes or until it gets cooked completely
