  • 2 cups Metta Gluten-free Flour + extra for dusting
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or any oil
  • 0.50 tsp Salt
  • 0.75 - 1 cup Water for kneading Dough
  1. In a bowl, add metta gluten-free flour, salt and mix well. Add oil and mix well.

  2. Add water gradually and knead a firm dough. Set the dough covered for 15 - 20 minutes.

  3. Divide the dough into small balls, dust the balls with flour to avoid sticking to the rolling pin and roll into thin flat circles.

  4. Place on a hot skillet and cook on one side until the roti starts to puff up slightly and color changes. Turn to the other side, keep pressing the roti with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel and cook until the roti puffs up well and the color changes to a golden brown.

  5. Apply ghee or butter on the rotis and serve with any of your favorite side dishes.
