Easy Recipes using Bread:

You can make a variety of recipes using bread like sandwiches, bread rolls, pakora, shahi tukda, french toast, garlic toast and cheese toast. Bread loaf is always in grocery list having a loaf of bread helps me to avoid eating out. Whenever I feel tired or bored to cook, I just make simple sandwiches like Bombay sandwich with fresh vegetables, grilled cheese sandwich, potato sandwich or avocado boiled egg sandwich for a quick and filling lunch or dinner. Bread upma is an easy and quick recipe using the bread. Adding eggs in the bread upma helps to add an additional flavor, nutrition, and protein to the dish.

Smart Cooking Tips:

1. Cook the eggs and tomato mixture thoroughly before adding the bread pieces. Otherwise, bread will become soggy.

2. You can slightly toast the bread pieces in a butter or ghee or oil before adding it to the tomato mixture this helps to give a crispy texture to the bread.
