- 2 no Potato Medium Size
- 1 cup Onion Chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 0.50 tsp Red Chili Powder (to taste)
- 1.50 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Butter or Ghee

Peel the potatoes, boil or steam until tender and mash them until smooth.

In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onion and cook until the onion becomes soft.

Add turmeric powder and mix well.

Add Mashed Potatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice, and mix well. Check for the salt now and add accordingly.

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Allow the potato filling to cool.

Spread butter on both the sides of the slices of bread generously. Place the potato filling on a slice of bread and place another slice of bread on top of the filling and grill or cook on the stove top using a skillet until crispy.

Cut the sandwich diagonally into a half using the knife and serve. Repeat the same with the rest of the bread slices and filling.
